1. Protection of Intellectual Property

Chappell Training Technologies LLC is the exclusive owner and rights holder of all original content, programs, training materials, templates, videos, scripts, frameworks, and documentation made available through AdsMastery.com and any related services, platforms, or member portals.

This includes but is not limited to:

Digital training programs and mentorship materials
Video calls, live sessions, replays, and screen recordings
Slide decks, frameworks, templates, and PDFs
Ad copy scripts, landing page assets, and internal SOPs
Course structure, lesson design, and instructional language

All such materials are protected under U.S. copyright law and international intellectual property treaties.

2. Unauthorized Use Is Prohibited

Any unauthorized duplication, distribution, reproduction, resale, or public display of our proprietary content — whether in part or in full — without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited and constitutes copyright infringement.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Uploading our course content to third-party websites (e.g., YouTube, Udemy, Discord, Reddit, Dropbox, Telegram, etc.)
Sharing login access or credentials with unlicensed individuals
Reselling our content in any form, including through bootleg courses or repackaged materials
Using our training as part of a competing product or offer
Republishing or adapting our written content, ads, or creative frameworks

3. How We Enforce Our Rights

Chappell Training Technologies LLC aggressively enforces its intellectual property rights. If we discover our content has been copied, posted, or shared without authorization, we may take one or more of the following actions:

File a DMCA takedown notice with the hosting platform, website, or internet service provider (ISP)
Issue cease and desist letters
Pursue legal action for damages and injunctive relief
Terminate any associated account access without refund

We reserve the right to take legal action against any individual, business, or entity that infringes upon our intellectual property or facilitates infringement.

4. Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice (for Use by Us)

If you discover our copyrighted material being used without authorization, please notify us immediately at Team@chappellteam.com. Our legal team will initiate the appropriate takedown process.

5. Submitting a DMCA Complaint (for Third Parties)

If you believe your own copyrighted work has been used on AdsMastery.com in a way that constitutes infringement, you may submit a DMCA notice to:

6. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that material removed from our site was not infringing or was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice in accordance with the DMCA. We will review and evaluate counter-notices on a case-by-case basis.

7. Repeat Infringer Policy

Users found to be in repeated violation of our copyright policy or who are the subject of multiple takedown requests will have their access permanently terminated and may be subject to legal proceedings.
