With 70+ handcrafted flavors, a patented 24-hour whipping process (not pulled — whipped), and products that are peanut-free, gluten-free, and soy-free, the brand carved out a loyal following shipping directly to homes across the U.S.
But for years, the business had plateaued at around $30K–$63K/month. Jeff knew the product was incredible customers loved it, reviews were glowing, and repeat purchase rates were strong. What was missing was a scalable advertising system and an optimized website that could turn traffic into revenue at a much higher rate. That’s when he joined Ads Mastery.

Rebuilt the site for conversions from the ground up. Added email pop-ups to capture visitors, implemented upsells and cross-sells at checkout, created bundle offers to drive AOV higher, and optimized product pages for first-time buyers. CVR climbed from 2.9% to 4.85% — meaning nearly 1 in 20 visitors now converts.
The biggest breakthrough was creative. “Vulnerable” behind-the-scenes content — order packing videos, founder stories, day-in-the-life content — massively outperformed the polished, corporate-style ads the brand had been running. This shift in creative philosophy unlocked a new level of engagement and conversion from Meta ads.
Launched 100s of Meta ad variants to systematically test hooks, formats, audiences, and creative angles. The volume approach meant winners were identified faster and scaled harder. Combined with the CRO improvements, every dollar of ad spend now returned 5X — up from 1X before joining Ads Mastery.
Built out email and SMS flows for abandoned cart recovery, post-purchase follow-ups, and subscription nudges. Combined with the upsells and bundles on-site, customer lifetime value increased significantly — meaning the brand could afford to acquire customers at a higher cost while remaining profitable.
