Oak & Eden is an award-winning whiskey brand known for its in-bottle finished process — each bottle includes a toasted wood spiral that continues to age and refine the spirit after bottling. With Double Gold medals from SIP Awards and Sunset Magazine, plus a Gold Medal from the International Wine & Spirits Competition, the product had already earned serious credibility in the spirits world.

But by January 2026, Oak & Eden's DTC e-commerce presence was virtually nonexistent. The brand was doing roughly $20K/month on Shopify with a 0.5% conversion rate and zero paid ad infrastructure. Kyle Hoover knew the product could sell online — he just needed the systems, creative strategy, and ad expertise to make it happen.

Built a complete DTC growth engine from zero

Chase Chappell personally coached Kyle through the build-out, establishing every layer of the ad system simultaneously — creative production, audience testing, CRO, retargeting, and seasonal campaign strategy.

Month 1
Foundation & First Campaigns

Built the ad account from scratch. Launched initial creative testing with UGC, static images, and AI-generated creatives across persona-based angles (whiskey enthusiast, cowboy/rugged, gifting, bar collector). Set up Advantage Plus broad targeting with purchaser exclusions. Established a 5-creative-per-week production cadence. Conversion rate began climbing from 0.5% as product pages were optimized.

Month 2
Scaling Winners & CRO

Identified winning creatives and scaled budgets on ad sets with 4X+ ROAS. Introduced cocktail recipe creatives, behind-the-scenes content, and educational angles. Built retargeting campaigns targeting purchasers with "need a refill?" messaging and dynamic carousel ads. Launched themed monthly campaigns (Espresso Martini Month). Added bundle pricing and welcome kit offers. CVR hit 2%+.

Full Scale & $239K Month

Creative volume doubled to 10+ per week with AI creative generation tools supplementing UGC and statics. Ad spend scaled to $60-80K/month with ~140 active ads.
